Fixed a memory leak which happened when the server sent a bulk map chunk packet while those chunks were already loaded on the client.
Fixed an issue in MapWriter where chunks were not being properly unloaded, resulting in a large memory leak as well as flickering when trying to render the map images.
Fixed the minimap border texture being mispositioned.
Fixed incorrect subitems being returned from Tipped Arrows.
Fixed AE2 Waila tooltip not showing power usage correctly when looking at power storage blocks (this totally wasn't left commented out by mistake for 9 years, oops!).
